SHIPPING & RETURNS

Oz tans endeavours to dispatch all orders the same day they are received. However, in some cases we can be busy and dispatch the following day. Orders placed on long weekends, bank holidays, Christmas/New Year months and during sales can take up to 3 business days to be processed.

Once your order is dispatched your will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note tracking details can take 24-48 hours to be updated and be available to track online. When the parcel is “In Transit” we cannot give you any further updates on your delivery as once we have passed it on to the post office it is beyond our control.

 

Once dispatched it can take 1-7 business days depending upon your location. If you are further out from your capital city it can take up to a day longer.

Oz tans will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery due to the fault of your local postal courier. If your delivery is not delivered, you as the receiver will need to lodge a missing item’s investigation. If your tracking number is showing as delivered but you have not received your order please check at your local Post Office’s as from experience this is usually the case. If for whatever reason your item is confiscated at customs then we will reship your order once more - please get in touch if this is the case.

All orders sent require a signature on delivery unless the customer gives 'Authority to leave' which you can do so by leaving a note at checkout when placing your order. Please note Authority to leave is at your own risk.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept any returns or refunds.
